Sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes.

I offer open-ended counselling. This is your work and you can take it as far as you choose, I will be by your side for as long as you feel you need my service.

I will ensure that you feel sessions maintain direction and focus, empowering you to review your progress regularly, always holding your autonomy and beneficence in mind.

I recommend an initial 6 sessions and then a review to see if you are happy with how things are progressing.

Please arrive/log on on time. I will not be able to overrun our allotted time due to my following client’s slot.

Fees

My session fee is £60.

Payment can be made via BACS, or in cash. A receipt will be provided at the end of each session if you require.

Concessions

If you feel that cost may be an issue for you please don't let that stop you from getting in touch.

It is my aim to be accommodating to the many. I want my service to be accessible to all people that are interested in benefiting from it. Therefore, I can potentially provide concessions where financial restrictions are present, and to students of counselling. Please don't be afraid to ask.

I look forward to hearing from you.
